Welcome to my blog! This page includes a selection of photo shoots I've taken of families, couples and pets, as well as a collection of pictures from travels and everyday life. I hope you enjoy these moments as much as I've enjoyed taking them!

…and that’s a wrap!

I couldn’t be happier capturing these special moments for so many of your families this year! It was my busiest fall ever and one of my busiest — and most exciting — years to date.

But I’m I am so grateful for you all! This has been a landmark year for me, developing old relationships, creating new and even branching out into some new endeavors (more to come in 2021!), and I couldn’t have done it without your support.

Thank you It can be so hard doing a photo shoot with a little one who isn’t up for it — for both the parents and the photographer.

But sometimes it’s those quiet, in between moments that are so beautiful.

While we all love the big, smilin Just popping in to brighten your day 🥰 #sneakpeek of this sweet, bright eyed little doll baby I got to photograph this weekend! I couldn’t decide which of these two got a better shot with this little man, so I’m posting them both! Which one do you like best, up on shoulders with dad or snuggles with mom? In love with this sweet father son moment ❤️ #sneakpeek #fallminis Hello little man 🥰

#sneakpeek #fallminis Some people are just made for fall 🍁 #sneakpeek #fallminis It doesn’t get much sweeter than this! #sneakpeek #fallminis

Laura & Jack | New York Engagement Photographer

November 01, 2017 in Engagement, Lifestyle, Pet

Picture this: Upper West Side, New York City, the stoop of a Brownstone; it’s fall and the leaves are just starting to turn; you arrive to take the engagement photos of a beautiful, newly engaged couple and out they walk with a gorgeous, dark red golden retriever — it does not get more picturesque than this!

I always love taking engagement photos — in fact, it’s where I first started building my business. To be included in this short space of time when a couple is embarking on a lifetime together, is such an amazing experience. There are nerves for sure — and most couples I’ve worked with are not used to being in front of a camera like this — but there is an excitement and joy in the moment that is just infectious! Such was the case with Laura and Jack, whom I had the pleasure of working with this fall. We were lucky to capture Central Park in one of its best moments — just changing from Summer to Fall, with both stunning red and orange leaves on The Mall, but also still lots of beautiful greenery throughout The Ramble and by The Lake. It was a beautiful day and I loved getting to spend it with this lovely couple. Congrats on your engagement, Laura & Jack! I hope the wedding is wonderful!
